Who we are
T4 Digital Solutions LLC (“T4,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at t4digitalsolutions.com. This policy describes what information we collect through the site and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect information when you choose to send it to us, and a limited amount of aggregated usage information through Google Analytics:
- Contact form submissions. If you fill out the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address, organization, topic, and message you provide. The form is processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider; Formspree forwards the submission to our inbox.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may record basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used for advertising or profiling.
- Aggregated analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors find useful, where they come from at a country level, and what general device or browser they use. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not enable advertising features or cross-site profiling.
Cookies
The only cookies set by this website are those used by Google Analytics (typically
starting with _ga) to distinguish visitors and sessions for the
aggregated analytics described above. No cookies are used for advertising or
cross-site tracking.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on this and any other site by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by using your browser’s tracking-protection or do-not-track features, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use this site.
How we use the information
- To respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation you started.
- To keep records of business correspondence.
- To protect the security and integrity of the website.
We do not sell or rent your information. The only third parties that receive any data are the service providers needed to operate the site: Formspree (which forwards your contact-form messages to our inbox) and Google Analytics (which receives the aggregated usage data described above). We may also disclose information when required by law.
Data retention
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as we have an active business relationship or for as long as needed to address the matter you raised. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, submit a request via the contact form and select “General Inquiry” as the topic. Indicate the right you wish to exercise in your message.
Children
This site is intended for adult professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be summarized here.
